Sec 3 Camp
Well, it's been a long since my last post.
actually, this post should have been
post on sun or mon and but by now.
but i still very l-a-z-y to post
hehe.
This sec 3 camp is the most
FUN and INTERESTING
camp in my whole life.
for this camp,
we went Loola which is
in Bintan.
Day 1, 8/3 (thursday) :
Met TMC at mac for breakfast
after we ate, we went to the hall to
assemble.
after that, the 1st grp went off.
but my class was the 2nd grp.
so, after the national anthem
we get to knew our instructors
which is instructor eaz and leong.
after that,
we played some ice-breaking games
which was actually quite fun.
esp the aye aye captain.
that was really damn funny.
but too bad, i out too early le.
at 9 plus, we set off to
Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
and we checked in.
when we board the ferry,
the ferry keeping shaking
which make me giddy.
but i took the pill too late
so i take a nap.
however, when the ferry is abt to
reach bintan, i finally dun feel giddy.
then everyone went to check in.
i get irritated when we queue to check in.
as there were Indonesian who cut into my queue
and they still can smile at me.
damn frustrated man.
then we went to board on the bus to
go loola resort.
the bus was so small and smelly and hot.
had 1 hr ride b4 we reach the campsite.
Reached camp Loola and we had a de-brief.
After that we put our stuffs in the tent
and we changed into our wet attire
our 1st activity is kayaking.
We spilt into 2 groups.
First group will follow Instructor Eaz for the Kayak
and the second group followed
Instructor Su Zhen for sea walk .
The tide was very low
then we swap with ps and rh
so me and keqi kayaking together.
Kayaking is damn fun man.
then we went to have our dinner
and had our song session.
after that,
we thought of having our bath the next
morning as we were very tired.
but luckily we didn't.
bcoz in the morning, there was
no water for bathing or washing up.
Day 2, 9/3 (friday) :
got ourselves reading and
have our breakfast.
for the 3 meals, i loved most is
breakfast and the pineapple!!
then we set off with our 1st activity
which is Rock Climbing!
at 1st i was quite scared to climb
but after that i was quite excited with it.
then when it was my turn,
i climb till around 3/4 or less
then i gave up.
coz i donno how to climb and i was quite
terrified of it. so i gave up.
it was quite a waste as that time
it was low tide so we can't play zip line
so we ended up playing rock climbing.
then after rock climbing is the team circuit.
quite fun again.
when i was there, i also scared of it.
but since i was there, every activity i shall
have a try, if not i might regret.
then peilian and yue wei help me
for the 1st segment.
then at the 2nd segment was quite easy.
then at the 3rd segment i felt it quite scary
but i was laughing all the way.
then after that, everyone need to
climb over the yellow wall.
quite fun again
and lucky i didn't have any scratches.
then again, we went to change to our
wet clothes as our next activity
was sailing.
again spilt into 2 grps.
when we was waiting, we had a lot of fun.
when our turn to sail,
ps rh and me was in a grp
then me and ps was so scared loh.
then after that we donno how to change direction
so hs and kj went over to help us.
but we sail abt 5 mins
then we went back le.
after sailing, we went over to the harbor
for our next activity which
is boom netting!!
then sam, kq, cheryl, rh, kj and me
sat on the same taxi
then when we reach,
we were playing stones.
haha.
then we went off in 8 to the boat in the sea.
then finally got ppl jumped down
and when my turn to jump, i dun
feel scared at all.
haha.
then when i jump the
2nd time on another side,
i actually felt abit scared.
and my legs are wobbling.
but in the end i still jump.
after i jumped,
i waited for them in the net.
and after some time, cheryl
finally willing to jump.
anyway i regret not jumping
a few more times.
coz i only manage to jump twice.
then we are the 1st batch to
get back the land
as some of us is really very cold.
then when we are on the land,
we went over the muddy water
coz it was quite warm down there.
but still we get out of the water and
hug together as keqi was very cold.
then after everyone was back,
again we took a taxi and went back 1st.
reached the canpsite 1st
then we tried to wipe ourselves up.
then later on,
we went to assemble at the assembly hall.
we went off with our dinner
in our dirty and wet clothes.
at that time, we were still very cold.
then after all the "complains"
they finally let us have our bath.
after bathing is the campfire.
we quickly plan our campfire song
and although it was not so gd, but
at least we got something to perform
and not to go there and throw face.
after the campfire, we finally
can go to slp.
Day 3, 10/3 (sat) :
had our breakfast
then had our 1st activity for the day
which is rafting.
unsuccessful.
but at least it did float for a while.
then hs say he going to change cca
and he change to red cross
hahaha...
then the next activity is hiking.
hiking make me realise that our class
is actually very helpful.
they help me alot.
as i was quite scared of the rocks.
thanks guys.
then we change our clothes
and filled in the forms.
and took pictures.
had our lunch
and we went off.
when on the ferry,
at 1st i dun feel giddy.
but halfway through the ride,
i felt so giddy and not well
then after alightly the ferry,
i was "da zui quan"
then not feel that gd all the way.
and donno y my tears keep dropping.
then after get on the bus,
i really missed loola.
and the dearest instructors.
kk i shall stop here.
